1. Before Dispatch

– Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or anytime before they are dispatched.
– To cancel, please email us at support@uberkits.shop with your order number.

2. After Dispatch

– Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
– However, you can still return the item under our Refund & Return Policy.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

– Approved cancellations are refunded in full to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Customized Items

– Personalized or customized items cannot be cancelled once production has started, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
