UK-Only Shipping

– We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
– All deliveries are handled by Royal Mail.
– Shipping is free on all orders.

Delivery Times

– Processing & Handling: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
– Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
– Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday).

Tracking Information

– After your order ships, you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellations

– Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of purchase.
– Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. After dispatch, please follow our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Parcels

– If your parcel arrives damaged:
 – If possible, refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
 – If already delivered, email us with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
